Take a secured loan against a vehicle that is paid off.

Exploring real estate as a vehicle to invest and steward my resources.

Thinking that the moisture was a result of badly prepped work, we had professionals take out the floorboard, prepped the concrete, added assailant chemical and installed an epoxy coated floor about 6 weeks ago.We came back yesterday and saw bubbles in some parts of the new floor, mostly in the same spot where the wooden floor had buckled, but also in other areas where the floorboard seemed to be ok before.

We do have the current month to month leases so we have their very basic information but I would like more - employer, pet, vehicle info (on site shared lot), emergency contact info.

My main purpose for this post was to discover whether what I am finding is typical and I need to reassess notes as an investment strategy or if my experience is merely the result of where I have been looking and with proper guidance I could find that notes are a good investment vehicle. 

No police should be involved,  they have real criminals to go hunting for unless there was damage done to your vehicle.

It also gives you a chance to eyeball them and the condition of their vehicle prior to showing them your rental.  

Im currently living rent free with family, vehicle is paid off etc, so my DTI is on fleek (urban term meaning very good) lol.

I also have a detailing business doing paint correction and coatings on high end vehicles.
