That new couple without kids might prefer a luxurious and romantic space, as well as a larger kitchen or dining room where they can entertain.

But ignorance is a luxury that I can not afford, so here is my question.

Some 60 luxury condos and perhaps 90,000 sqft of retail.

We were also tapped by a prominent local architect to design the complete interiors for 6 very large model homes in a multi-billion dollar luxury golf resort development in Korea, the smallest of which was 2,000 square feet. 

I don't have an area of the city that I am tied to, but I am keeping an eye on Sharswood, Brewerytown, and Strawberry Mansion. 

It's great if your local market works but not everybody has that luxury.
