I've decided to get my realtor's license because I'm just tired of dealing with realtors.

The agent told me they were within days of the listing expiring, as he had previously shared, and the sellers were tired of the selling process.

He is tired and wants to retire.  

Tired of teaching my current agent how to do business. 

I want to at least make an offer so that the Broker doesn't write me off as a tire kicker and stops sending me listings.Any suggestions on what my next conversation with the broker should be?
