Owner must install a fire alarm system inside property.At each manual fire alarm box a sign shall be mounted near the box that states: IN CASE OF FIRE SOUND ALARM AND CALL FIRE DEPARTMENT (or call 911)No pull station inside rental property.

I know they installed rear unit completely new roof in 2017, so the roof in front unit is the main concern for me that will need to be replacement in future, what I am thinking is that if I back out, I lose 11k, which the flat roof in front unit will cost less than 11k, I think you got great point here and I probably will stick with inspection in future, but mathematically speaking I was leaning towards account for roof replacement in future ?

If the PM installs faulty plumbing that later requires the entire bathroom to be ripped out including tile, walls etc to re-install correctly, this should fall on the PM's E&O policy.Another example, what if the PM was responsible for installing the railing?
