That's usually my first aprouch, if you tell them you might want to buy it, even if you know nothing about the house or person, it's like the ultimate ticket to at least check it out and make an offer.

All big ticket items are done(roof and sided 5yrs,mechanics 7-8yrs).

Right now it just seems like a couple bigger ticket items might work out ok like NYC rents, NYC private schools or in LA you can buy a Telsa or Lambo in bitcoin etc.

That's about $6,000.That's your major big ticket items that will need replacement.

Managing an Airbnb and go to the basement of my multifamily to wash some towels. saw like 30 alcohol cans, pills, powerball tickets everywhere and one of my tenants mattresses on the ground.

The big-ticket items had already been completed (new roof, HVAC) and as first-time homebuyers, this "project" was more digestible than others we had seen.

I'm looking to purchase a ticket or two if anyone has a spare! 

Still a lot of work left to be done but all the major ticket items were taken care of.

Would condos be a better option to avoid high ticket maintenance items like the roof and garages, landscaping etc?

Account Closed  I just have to be honest here IMHO that is such utter BS... buyers lose interest who is going to book an appointment for November.I just bought tickets to go to Paris in November but make an appointment to talk to a salesmen don't think so...
