In order to get someone to call you, they have to know:1.that you are a real estate investor who buys houses2.that you can help them sell their house3.that you want to buy their house4.that they can trust you5.how to contact you by providing your telephone number...this is basically what you are telling them in your promotional letters and postcards.

All of the Ferryites (Mike Ferry Organization) out there are cold calling them the day they hit the list so be prepared for some competition.Even harder is finding their telephone number with so many people going to cell phones over landlines.Then there is the issue of is it an equity based seller in the first place so cross check the prospect against your equity list.As for how to contact them..
