A couple questions about the book store. 

As I was walking out of the store, I was stopped by 3 people to talk RE. 

I'm planning on stocking up on appliances and vinyl plank flooring this weekend for property I own and possibly future ones, just storing the stuff until I need it.

If Amzn model will work then Americans will depend less on retail stores.

He stores parts and small equipment that he uses in his business.

Go down to the local supply house, lumber yard, hardware store, etc and ask for the manager.

C property in a B area that we purchased as a value add asset.Prior to closing, we asked for the current Owner to notify the tenants to remove from the premises any items not stored within their assigned storage locker or apartment.

You may want to spend those dollars on some other project besides the siding that you were planning to do next year and do that project in this calendar year, or to minimize the income you could buy the siding this year and store it until your contractor is ready.Property #2 - If your contractor is okay with it, you should swap him a check for a check.

Also, do you have enough money stored aside right now, or at least have access to loan funds post-closing for any updates or repairs?
