Look at what other complexes are charging and you should get a good feel of where to start off

If they’re really in a bind, you could even explore something creative, like seller financing or a subject-to deal (where you take over their mortgage payments).

If enough people reach out, eventually it would be great to start a meetup group for STR investors in the area.

cIn other words, I do understand when the realtor fee for a 400k is $20k. but when I sell a home for 2.2M and I pay a realtor $110k things start to not make sense.
