It's a nuisance but usually petty in the scheme of things--curse words spray painted on walls, toilets clogged up with toilet paper, holes punched in walls, carpets purposely stained with Kool-Aid, etc...Some (very few--but it happens) will have to be carried out by 911 first responders--either dead from natural causes or from self inflicted reasons (goodbye cruel world kind of stuff).

The only thing I buy extras of is pillowcases as they take the most abuse.One thing we do when stripping the bed is to have a bottle of Zout or the like nearby and we spray any stains/spots we see as we pull them off.

I did everything possible to help this person but at the end of the day I could not let him just live out his years in the house we bought and paid for legally. now you have defund the police here in Portland and they have decided to replace them with PARK rangers that have no protection no Bullitt proof vests nothing but pepper spray and their negation skills..

So the safe (and legal) thing to do: spray down any loose/broken tiles with some water so that they don't have dust, wear a high-filtration dust mask and gloves, put them in the trash and then your gloves with them, then you have a floating floor installed over the tiles.
