To put my own spin on it:Huntsville - the growth of North Alabama (Huntsville and Madison) has really been significant. 

If you haven’t really thought about your goal in real estate, then you’ll be continue to spin your wheels on this decision.  

My point is a major change of life (moving from one coast to the other, moving from overseas back to the United States) can leave people with their heads spinning wondering what their alternatives are at their new location.

At some point, you got to decide to buy or give up instead of spinning your wheels.

You should see a little round thing (or a triangle) on the meter spin when water is flowing.

It used to be considered that your meter "spins backwards" but in reality it is a digital meter tracking in and out.When financed, batteries add to the cost of a system such that for the most part it costs more for the system with batteries than the monthly usage people have with their utility.

However since you are looking to house hack and not just trying to find a buyer to assign a contract to, you definitely want to have funding in place or otherwise you're just spinning your wheels so I would recommend getting that together right away.There's probably no way to avoid that initial feeling of "Oh crap- my phone is ringing, what do I do now?"
