Of that 10 only 5 actually keep their viewing appointment (I schedule at least 3 on the same time slot), I require all applicant to send me a confirmation text 1 hour before our viewing.

If you get their cameras installed just make certain the installer caulks the top of the cameras (where the memory card is inserted - the memory card is optional but there's a slot for them on the cameras I have) to keep any water from getting in, because it does happen.

-JoeIn PG county any of the areas you mentioned are perfectly fine, I think Hyattsville and College Park have the most upside.In D.C., Riggs Park all the way, one of the nicest areas under 1 million dollars in the the city (No nightlife though).
