Analogy.......if you only breed German shephards, that's all you know but you may have much more success breeding other breeds.

I would say no to both that breed and any puppy.

I recently (last week) saw a list of 75 "banned" breeds.

The inspections allow you to catch problems and damages before they move-out and while you can hold them responsible during tenancy.We don't allow the breeds that most insurance companies will not allow.

It's also a rare opportunity, most guys like that wouldn't take the time to breed their own competition.  

We don't personally care what breed they are.1) Most landlords push me into saying they're "pit bulls" and then deny my dogs with usually no reason other than "We don't accept that breed".

We simply have a lot of humidity -and it's been a killer rainy season - so the breeding ground is ripe.
