Office space has taken quite a hit lately, especially with the move to work from home.

Theyre expensive, but you wont lose your home to foreclosure unless you move out, stop paying taxes/insurance, or fail to maintain it. 

I’ve been thinking about partnering with a successful wholesaler and seeing if they will expand their operation to include the zip codes I am interested in.Example:  I would like to partner and give money to a successful Detroit or Texas wholesaler and see if they are willing to add my Georgia target market to their operations.Before moving forward, I wanted to get some feedback and advice from those who are wholesalers or who have partnered with wholesalers.Has anyone ever heard or have experience in a partnership like this? 

- Do you think it’s worth challenging the appraisal with Kiavi, or should I just cut my losses and move on?

The only caveat to that is if you have the ability to turn it into separate units I.E. having a 2/1 and 1/1 instead of a 3/2.

I would also weigh if you plan on staying in the home you are in now for a long time or move in the next 5 years.

I can also allow a tenant to grow with me - just moved a family from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment.Personally the only reasons I would choose to invest in multiple markets is a) because I wanted an excuse to go somewhere regularly or b) for economic/geographic diversity.I had the advantage that my home market was good.

- If the 5% do say they'll sell a must in this business they have to also agree to MOVE OUT PRIOR TO YOUR CLOSING DATE. 

It seems like offering this as a separate package once you secured the booking is a good idea.
