Hey everyone,I am in my last semester at Ohio State University looking to learn before I dive into investing.

I had 4 semesters of accounting once upon a time but it's been a while. 

I love my job, but I realize right now that I won't have time for it and the only opportunity I would have is to work remotely while going to grad school (maybe if my boss agrees to it).I already paid for my first semester but I have big doubts about my Grad school since I already found a company where I like to work at.

I was planning on taking 3 credits per semester which is one class so I can absorb as much as possible. should have went into more detail on this, I also have been looking at basic numbers from information I have gathered off this site using estimated values and 50% rule etc. thanks again I appreciate advise/ experience.

Also something to remember, students are always in transition and it's not unheard of for roommates to have a falling out mid semester and one of them want a new place.

I think you are ignoring one fact you were lucky enough not to deal with: different universities have different rules about who can be off campus and also have different schedules of when the Fall semester's rooms need to be booked.

However, I would recommend renting there for a semester, and spend a lot of time driving the neighborhoods and studying the market.

I came into some money awhile back and would like to take a this coming semester off from college to try to make some money flipping a home.

During the spring semester I plan to dedicate a large amount of time to learning about real estate and finding opportunities, but I'm overwhelmed at the thought of where to begin.

They are likely back in school now so good luck finding quality non-student renters until next semester or (more likely) next year.2.)
