The court review process acts to "Quiet Title" and effectively scrubs the title clean.  

Scrub toilets? 

I ordered the material in the afternoon and after watching the 15 or so videos I had purchased a list, scrubbed it and uploaded it to Click2Mail and mailed out 700 postcards to an area in Ohio after a few hours.

Because I already scrubbed out the maggot-infested refrigerator with my own two hands!  

I also had to spend hours scrubbing food off the front and inside of the cabinets, and under the fridge and stove, among other things.

Make sure to scrub this list for data quality.

Then we get a list of say 5,000 & scrub it down to 3,000 after removing duplicate sellers or whatever.

The biggest issue with and when cleaning mold is that often while scrubbing it you spread out spores....

True success will come from creating and scrubbing a zip code specific list & putting a 12 month plan in place to execute daily fundamental actions.  

I started thinking I could do everything, and quickly realized I wasn't good at scrubbing mailers/excels, and other little task like this.
