Lending has been getting more relaxed out there,, judging from the new advertising I have seen.  

Also it somehow relaxes me lolLike George P.

But even so, when you get used to that, it is very relaxing in the Tampa Bay/Clearwater area!

That being said there are agents out there who are much more relaxed, work for brokerages who don't impose those sort of rules, and aren't working in a team environment.

@Trinh Huynh Being from CA myself then moving to Houston was a shock on how Texas is relaxed on licenses.

One of the guidelines that they both have is they won't buy loans that are originated for an LLC; only individuals (although the rules have relaxed a little recently, they still won't buy loans that are originated for an LLC). 

This may be simply adding a wraparound porch or deck, creating outdoor seating areas for relaxing and entertaining, or get on the designer shed bandwagon.

Sit back, relax and work on real estate when you do have a little time.
