Hello BP,I am removing an ugly chain link fence in front of my duplex in North Park and will now need to consider what type of fence to install in its place.Does anyone have any contractors they would recommend to install a small aesthetically pleasing concrete/stucco (other suggestions?)

I'm sure you can get aesthetically pleasing replacements.Also, we live in a town where older homes are routinely razed.  

I know this because after her endless request to fix things (often times for aesthetic reasons) during her 1st year tenancy, I told her that her lease is over and if she was so unhappy with the place, she could leave. 

For new-comers they will try and punk you out whatever means.  

Through renovations, the sponsor can provide tenants a more aesthetically pleasing property, with updated appliances and more attractive community space.

Exterior is aesthetically pleasing.  

If I put up the money ,took on the risk ,and the dId the hard labor of renting a property you better believe if there’s any rent coming in it’s going into my pocket not some punk kid sleeping on a couch in my rental

Existing kitchen aesthetics were very dark and stale since 1985, same with the lighting fixtures throughout the unit.

We are purchasing under our own names, don't plan to get an LLC(umbrella policy instead) BUT we do want to register a DBA (doing business as) purely for aesthetics - that way we will have bank accounts and rent checks made out to that name instead of one of our personal names.
