Most here on BP that buy NPL's like myself only invest in the US as we see plenty of product here in the US and can make good money doing it, so its not worth the risk to venture overseas in other country to learn all the nuances, laws and rebuilding all brand new relationships.

Finisar I believe is some kind of apple product assembler....they had moved the plant to Malaysia about 5-6 years ago, but recently moved it back, another local hospital Wilson-Jones in Sherman, two colleges Austin College is 4 year and has a couple of Master programs.

Their policy changes including price increases, charging for every little thing as an "add-on", complicated GUI and the lack of fixes of known problems (posted by their "community" on a Facebook Group), and super slow ACH deposits (which take 10+ days!)
