I found it really enlightening as it points out how the problem is often inside your head to begin with and affects how you present yourself to others. 

I was surprised at how many were my colleagues in the note business.I think it's a natural thing to trust somebody who presents himself as a "guru" more than you would somebody else.

@Andrew Boettcher as long as its presented that half a months rent every two weeks is a 8.3% increase in the rent, I have no issue.

When I got to the point of selling it, my agent presented me with another possibility - he knew of a young couple who wanted to buy but their credit wasn't quite there and would I perhaps rent to them.

The property in question has been carefully evaluated for its potential return on investment, and I believe it presents a unique opportunity for profit.
