I was just hoping to transition it into LTR and since we have newer furniture that fits the space well, it just seemed a shame to sell it all to do an unfurnished LTR, but again, I'm having a hard time understanding how logistically some of the details are worked out with that with furniture involved in an LTR.Thank you again for the support!

I suppose something more turn-key could be a good option, but haven't come across many viable options there yet.Anyways, we still have a lot more to learn and still need to familiarize ourselves with the area/market, but just wanted to pop in to say hi!

Yes, this is an unsexy option and it doesn't offer the same tax benefits, but you would benefit from reduced volatility (so long as you don't obsess over fluctuating stock prices), greater liquidity, stronger management teams and superior assets.
