I am selling this property which was purchased at a tax lien sheriff sale, I signed a contract with one of those contractor guys who buys for cash, but he is not licensed and is just trying to sell it or wholesale it on the MLS, leaving me without any word on the process, The contract said they should have started the process of the Title search and notified me within a 5 business days and notify me within 20 days of any problems with the search, they did not start the search until 15 days from signing the agreement, then i sent an official cancelation he is accusing me of breaching the agreement and want to file a lien on the property for his right to buy??

I'm adding on other channels and want to see how average rate per night changes with other channels, cancellations, etc.

What condo-specific books/blogs/YouTube channels are recommended?

If it’s possible within the zoning code then the conversion would be presented at a zoning meeting where adjacent neighbors and officials will give their opinion.

My husband and I have officially moved back to San Antonio.

I would proceed with caution, ask around - neighbors, city officials, etc.

Does the property have to be officially under contract for the seller to change the status to pending?

From where i stand I see the biggest challenge is finding deals which seems to be in scarce supply in todays market - i guess i will just have to work the channels like everyone else. 

My grandparents have had a few businesses and business investments in their time which have come and gone and they still say "real estate has always been good to us".I've been listening to the two BP podcasts and watching some videos on the YT channel which is what drove me to making an account and getting on the forums.I plan on getting and reading both of those books in the coming weeks/months.
