Not only will you learn different neighborhoods, how to manage people, and costs of construction, but they can get paid extremely well if you get good and know how to work with the City.

Example: I define what zip codes (or neighborhoods) that I buy in.

Start with a business organizations/corporate attorney. 

I got a chance to drive a few of the neighborhoods to figure out where we want to buy.

It's a great area within walking distance (5 minutes) to shopping, grocery, coffee shops, and historic neighborhood, and about 5 minute drive to downtown.They are asking $695K for it.

It was a badly organized auction and supposed to be absolute.

Following off of what Ryan said, if you have those B/B+ neighborhoods that is huge for section 8 renters.
