I read a few negative reviews online but they appeared to be rants from individuals that hadn't done their research to understand the Pros/Cons and Cans/Cant's of a Trust Company.

This creates an initial negative equity position.  

While I understand the concept that you are describing, at the end of the day you may just be spinning your wheels on this one.
