But interior space is more important as units are not as big.

Business credit is largely irrelevant until you get into the true CRE and commercial lending space, and even then, the key principles are weighted heavily.

My rental has a lot of extra space outside around the house to consider doing a ADU build and create additional rental income.  

I was turned down by all of the companies that are often mentioned here (Proper, Steadily, Foremost, American Modern) and many others.
