After all the tacked on fees that have been climbing (some of the cleaning fees were crazy in light of what they expect you to do to clean it yourself), I didn't see a huge benefit vs a traditional hotel.....so I passed.

am in the cleaning and restoration industry.ozone and chlorine dioxide and many other suggestions here might work but the most important thing is that you have to treat the source for it to work.A professional grade black light could have helped you find the source easier before your contractor painted and installed new flooring.If it is very strong odor  the proper way to do it is find source,treat,clean everything and then chlorine dioxide or ozone.

I've been looking at comparable properties nearby and the median is in the low 2k range I'm thinking mine may go a little higher since it's a corner property with a lot of light but really looking to see if the conversion would make sense financially because I've been reading those articles about the costs being exorbitant.

Well yes, our entire lives are contingent on "3rd party platforms" of one variety of another, from the time we wake up until we go to bed at night, and even through the night.City streets, stop lights, and the power company are third party platforms.
