Thank you Peter, I was under the impression from everything I read prior that if the mortgage company's had and interest in the property the would have come forward prior to the tax sale.

I used to use a PO box but it sat collecting dust for years so I don't bother anymore...I've had people find my personal residence by looking me up on the online tax records. 

I've contemplates selling and collecting what amounts to 10 years of profit at once.
