We launched our CRM InvestorFuse in 2016 the original version being on Podio (A Turnkey CRM for wholesalers/investors doing their own direct-to-seller marketing). 

Would it negativly affect my mortgage, or do I need to notify my lender at all to build the second home on the lot and then figure out the lot split later if it's necessary for renting or selling the new or original home?

Cant find anyone in NJ to work with... might have to move to miami to work with you lol Rentals in the mid-west has been and is still the play, I am from LI originally, have not touched that market in 15 years.

I can typically find a new tenant to start renting shortly after the original tenant leaves, earning me a little extra money for my trouble.For tenants that can't/won't pay the termination fee, we let them know they remain on the hook for all expenses until a new tenant takes over.

Hi Jeremi.As mentioned, you might want to have an addendum to your first/ original property management agreement.

Oh and the original Incumbent tenant dies of natural causes in the unit one month prior to closing in June which delayed it again.Needless to say...
