People seemed more on edge, there were worse drivers and annoying drivers who honked as soon as the light turned green. 

Im quite green to wholesaling and investing and am looking to learn, grow and possibly connect with knowledgeable individuals with whom I can possible work with at some point!

Sorry for what may seem like very basic questions but my wife and I are truly “green” to the rental world.

Anyone in the Green Bay area know the if any restrictions in the works in Green Bay city? 

Personally I always want my mentors or teachers to have a proven track-record in executing the exact strategy I am looking to learn, and I don’t discount that experience just because they are teaching (David Greene from BP is a great example).

I live in Seattle, not because I like it, but because my company make green card for me and I must stay here till the end of the process.
