We have 10's of thousands of units, so you can't just put it up and expect to scale.

So I started using a backup cleaner on Turno.I agree that Turno is expensive, at the same time, part of self managing and scaling is that I make it manageable. 

I suppose the mathematical formulation of an approximate quantum dynamics algorithm for the simulation of large scale molecular systems, which has been used and cited by people all over the world, including a research group at Cambridge may fit the definition of renound... 

What is stopping you from scaling in your own market and expanding your own team?

Quasi govt’ loans are 12 months - but these investor specific products allow you scale quicker.

We are seeing more and more horror stories pop up from folks losing their investments after pooring them into trash syndicate deals, or buying in C/D grade areas out of state because a YT video or message board post gave them FOMO.

For those who’ve used private money for multiple flips, how has it impacted your ability to scale?

This is one of those rare opportunities where you can buy hold in a prime grade.

Make sure your site meets the 'above grade' numbers, and 2nd means of egress requirements.So long as you can do the project as per local codes, you must allow each unit to access their own meters/breaker boxes.Hope this helps.
