I have been wanting to expand my shop for some time now and some renovations to the current room i am occupying need to be done prior to adding new barbers.

It is two story, and is currently just a large shop floor with one section that has a second story loft type thing.

Hi- recently was gifted a property in Florida (Lehigh Acres) that my in-laws owned for many years but did nothing with it.

Sell for $400k, he'll carry $100k of that interest only, and gift 10k/year for 10 years.I really don't want to pass this up, but putting in the amount of money needed for a tiny bit of cash flow, or losing money each month for a couple years would risk running out of money and pushing me back to a regular job.Would you pass on it? 

IF you are confident in your numbers, you can shop around for another lender. 

How to find these just like anything ask around and get out there start shopping around talking to agents, wholesalers, investors, and more people that are in the communities.  

Hi Marcus,I have been doing this process recently and might be able to provide some insight, but I am not an expert in this.There are many companies out there that can be your 'One stop shop" with LLCs, virtual office/address, and registered agents.

. ;)Overall, for a beginner with money I highly recommend it as a One-Stop shop.  

A friend recommended "The CE Shop" as a site I could use to obtain the course work.

Not sure how close you are in terms of proximity to the university but my Dad bought property near a university for over 30 years and eventually a developer came in and bought everyone out and added luxury student housing and shopping with a huge payday for all the owners who had bought many years before.
