I grew up in the industry and still have a hard time with holding contractors accountable.

With the election over and the New year approaching ,its a waiting game for that extra 1/2 or full point to come down.

I guess tourism is an important enough industry there that while they need to limit the short term rentals for local residents, they also need them to provide lower price points for visitors.
