I was under the impression this was for multi-million dollar investments to breath life into forgotten cities.

Any and all thoughts on the deal and or pointing out things I could have forgotten to factor in too would be great.

They seem to have forgotten that the person who should have the most say in who can do what with their property, should probably be the owner. 

Quite honestly I had forgotten to look at my list of goals to keep focused and didn't accomplish as much in the first month than I could've I'd say.

My guess is that those that are all for “cracking heads” have never been in a black place themselves..... it is not as simple as “if they wanted to work they would”...People need help.... and while yes, one has to decide to chnage, if you have forgotten how to do life differently, if you have an addiction knawing at your soul, or a mental illness etc... it is not that simple. 

It wouldn't work like that if you're "essential" and not important essential like medicine and food.You're already forced to work at risk.If it was optional, businesses would stay open and not pay the workers who choose to stay at home unless they got infected.Personally the economy and businesses can go bankrupt and be forgotten for all we care as long as mitigating infectious diseases potentially saves any amount of lives.People who arent turning a profit right now can take out a business loan or find a temporary corporate job.

Be able to transform the community where I live into a better one by transforming houses that are already forgotten, decaying, etc. into something new (appealing to the eyes, enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood, etc). 

I about fell on the floor and I have never forgotten that kindness and i pass it on as much as I can.
