I've seen this type of layout before what was done when the kitchen needed to be remodeled was a small piece of counter (maybe a foot or less was added on the other side of the stove with a cookie sheet type cupboard underneath.

oh and stay off the MLS, there's never any wholesale deals on an MLS, not in a major market anyways.that's what I found in Charleston 6 years ago now.. rolled into town and bought lots for 20k each.. now they are 150 to 200k each.Love that town.. highly competitive but we have a really good foot hold..
