There is no Failure except in no longer TRYING....

I suppose one reason that many people don't like to put their goals out there is fear or embarrassment of being seen as a failure if they don't achieve them.

Your failure to do this may not only cause you to have to return the security deposit to the tenant, but you may have to pay him additional damages!

I think if they can support tokenized governance, establish a stable liquidity pool, and reduce the bottleneck of Lofty as the single point of failure, they can really differentiate themselves.

We state on the notice that failure to respond by X date results in default of option 2.
