That said, it is wise to give reasonable notice of you intend not to renew so that if the tenant fails to vacate, you have a more solid action for eviction.

The step by step videos in this program I find to be easy to get through they are sometimes as short as 4 minutes detailing a step in the wholesaling process or a tool that helps manage your sellers and buyers and then they give you an action to take... they only release a few videos at a time which to be honest was sooooo frustrating, like I may have complained... but I see now it was forcing me to just take whatever "action step" in that video was, so now 3 weeks in I still and not anywhere near done with the coaching and can say I DO NOT understand the whole process but I am failing forward with hopefully 4 deals in the next 4-6 weeks!

Thanks @Michael PlaksIf there can be immigration issues then I need to resolve this and file before Oct 15 😚Here is my action plan: 1) contact the GP CPA and confirm that the loss is passive for LP 2) share the response with my CPA, include excerpts from IRS pub 925, IRS PAL ATG, other online resources which confirm that the loss is passive 3) If 2 fails then propose 3-way call including GP CPA4) if 3 fails then furnish a letter from a tax attorney to confirm that the loss is passive 5) if 4 fails then try turbo tax or hrb and suspend the loss using form 85826) if 5 fails then let the oct 15 deadline pass and then file before dec 31Already contacted the GP CPA.

Additionally, failing to close a loan over a fiscal year is a huge red flag and usually leads to termination.I want to dive headfirst into RE investing to gain that experience I mentioned above.

I think a good rule of thumb is that if all of your preffered exit strategies fail to maximize profits (mid-term, AirBNB, Padsplit, etc.), you're able to make it work as a long-term rental at the very least and maybe you can go back to one of those preferred strategies in the future.
