Hello, my wife is an optometrist and we are looking to use a physician loan to purchase our primary residence.We have some debt that we would like to payoff through a DSCR cashout refinance in am existing investment property I currently own and from there we hope to be in a good place for the doc loan.Our challenge is finding a lender that can handle both the DSCR cashout refi and the doc loan, since coordinating two separate contacts seems to add extra challenges.If you or someone you know can do physician loans (for optometrists) and also DSCRs I would appreciate being in touch.

I use mine for storage of beach toys, drying rack for swim suits, storage of extra supplies and on occasion it’s an extra parking space.  

Could maybe get an extra 15k after the full rehab.

I am only working part time now with my w2 job so I do have some extra time on my hands.

Hard to squeeze and extra fees out of tenants for if they don't mow lawn etc.

You can rent out a room or two and earn extra income from the rent.

sounds ridiculous but a situation ive encountered multiple times. ask yourself how much extra work you want in your life, offsite landlords get put out of business regularly, I've seen it over and over again. consider your options and learn everything but diving in.

We were able to get a 36” pan and with the tile only lost about 1/2” per side and the extra 3” made a world of difference.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

We don’t want to nickel and dime our tenants, but we see the value and it brings in a little bit of extra income.
