But you may not enjoy book keeping or think your time is more valuable spent elsewhere, hence the desire to outsource services to low cost service providers in India.

I actually got my real estate license partially for something to do and I enjoy the work (maybe because I have other sources of income from my rentals and dividend stocks that more than cover my living expenses, so I’m not desperate for every commission like some agents are.

It is different for me as I do enjoy REI and a lot of aspects of it, along with having the security of a W2 and a healthy pension after.
