I got my first shade/hate today .

I think they like to point out the obvious so as to throw shade at someone else.

Also, expensive has many shades.

Granite is the most durable and I'm assuming you'd use a standard like an Uba Tuba, at any rate just remember the darker the denser, so can withstand abuse, and no exotic edges, get a standard edge which is where chipping can occur.

Much lighter shade of gray.

Ice, vinegar, lemon peels, bleach treatment for garbage disposer.Inspect septic tank if you have one.Ceiling light fixtures and fans probably have dead mosquitoes and other bugs up there, clean that glass shade or at least use a compressed air canister to blow them out.

Sense you have shade tree lawyers and the Internet you will always have dishonest tenants regards how well you screen them.
