We have a Chicago general contracting business, and handling the field operations is a ridiculously heavy lift.As far as finding customers I think you'll have some good success with gorillia marking at some of the local investor meetups.

From there, I would start to run numbers on those deals in that area/streets, and then start to connect with local agents/PMs to get an even better feel for pricing on homes along with rents for them. 

Those two things have ZERO connection with each other.That is why I responded to the original OP.The effectiveness or accuracy of delivering "DATA" has nothing to do with finding motivated seller leads.
