I had heard a while back about this property, but it is a bit rich for my blood, so I never really pursued it.  

I am currently shopping for a CPA, going to be interviewing David Blood and Dan Stegman for starters.Tran Law Group helped me set up my LLC and has answered basic legal questions.

Anyone can get high blood lead levels, the law only specifies under 6 because it affects the developing brain more severely then a it affects a fully developed brain.

Remember you're buying 1/4 primary residence and 3/4 investment property using very little of your own money, so trying to find some huge ROI is like trying to extract blood from a stone.
