There were also other things like stains in the hot tub, furniture moved around, cobwebs on walls & decks, missing half & half creamers, broken blinds, unwashed quilts etc. 4) I wasn't trying to fire the cleaners after the first instance of an issue.

It was appraised for $406k but due to it needing deck and roof repair, and wanting to get a quick sale, I listed it way below market value @ 320k.
