I have made a really raw proof of concept and i was looking for other interesting tips to invest which i could automate somehow.So, what would be for you the main things to look about the area in which is going to be your next property?

No one can beat QB for their automated pulling of bank and credit card data to make receipt tracking and financials.

Podio is great, I was using it when I first started certain great for allowing automation and great integrations with 3rd party tools. 

Have you seen their budgets, do governments make money (not litterally)?

As the Nation is going through a pandemic situation and when the people are sitting at home, and if not in a situation to make the rental payment on first of the month, your automated payment installment is at risk.

Hiring a VA can be your long term goal, but even getting them up and running will take some of your time and effort.I would create a list of the menial tasks that take up the majority if your time (so lowest value, highest cost), and make time each week to automate it away or train somebody else to do it for you.

DougThanks for the reply I'll check it out, I have MLS access so I can download stats but not technically savvy enough to automate that process 

If they don’t use the litter box it gets absorbed into the subfloor and is difficult to remove it and costly.
