Had an uncle who had a leased parking lot, if you're close to a special events venue it's a license to steal, 20/25 bucks (evening 2-4 hours) for about 160 sq ft of pavement @ 100 spaces.

I'm always amazed that there is an almost endless supply of RV/boat owners willing to pay $50 for uncovered parking (basically a patch of gravel, not even pavement) or $125-$150 per month for a roof and one wall.A friend of mine was looking for a storage unit recently and only opening was 25+ miles away from his hometown.

I will hit the pavement and stop into a few banks over the next few days.My question is, why are the loan rates not advertised on banks websites for businesses (or investments) as they are for personal (owner occupied) loan rates?

My dad had to do that for an asphalt plant they were putting up for his company and the harvester only allowed to take 2 loads a day to the mill because of the abundance of pulp wood and the lack of value, so for him he got it cleared for free and the guy took the wood off his hands no money to either party.
