It's a shame that they're in that situation and you can give them some flexibility but at the end of the day you're a business owner.Since these types of occurrences are unforeseeable, you should look into buying rent default insurance at some point to give you peace of mind.Best of luck,Aaron

With 10 years to retirement it would be a shame to risk it at this point in a low return high risk real estate market.Paying down, or off, your mortgage would not earn you a cent, it would only save you what ever the interest payment is on the existing mortgage.

If any of these did exist and the community were to hold the owner (biz mgr) accountable, there could likely be many code violations issued by the local township -- Then maybe there would be some motivation on the owners part to sell the property.It is a shame when financially capable owners allow a property to exist in shambles.

So I concluded if folks as poor as this can stay in business Dallas is in a frothy bubble and you can prey on those that are caught up in the hype.. in 40 years of funding deals this is the worst product and presentation and representation of product I have ever seen.. its really a shame.. and actually I invite you to buy these back from us.. what say you.Dallas investors ..

I've had my share of bad experiences with the above mentioned "wholesalers" and it's a shame the general reaction to wholesalers as a group is so low.
