I find the spam texts annoying, but just like you I feel like people are being sold a plan that just won't work in this market, or maybe any market.

i guess i see your point i had my share of parties when i was 20 something im only 40 now ,, but any way i think i will tell them if there guests need to smoke they need to do it in the back yard and at least have enough respect for where they live to put the butts in the trash.it was not possible drugs it was drugs i picked up the joint and showed them i know what pot is ,,,,, i dont know about you but it would annoy me to see my neighbors out front smoking pot

Ask where the sign is placed specifically so you don't take down anymore than necessary but the last thing you need is to annoy the people your trying to market to.

They can be a little annoying at times, sending me letters complaining that our tenant is doing this or doing that, but for the most part, they're helping me keep an eye on the place and preserving the property and rental values of the community.

I personally get really annoyed when I see garbage here like "internet retrieval fee" and other BS like that. 

Fair warning, he's pretty annoying.
