For anyone who is reading this, if you have vacant property, make sure you or someone you trust is keeping close tabs on its condition as well as have the proper alerting devices installed to alert you in the case of an emergency.  

Had it just been the one property then I was going the F/F route because of %rates and the fact that I only have 2 outstanding mortgages.Low and behold, fate now throws a curve ball (not sure why I felt the need to do a sports metaphor), and now I'm having to learn about creative financing, legally of course.And @Michael Worleythis is yet another piece to this puzzle.

I am a middle aged guy (not in crisis mode yet, but heard it involves a fancy sports car, he he) and I feel like my life really started 3 1/2 years ago when I met the most beautiful and amazing woman in the world (no offense ladies).
