The fine print will also tell you that they don't necessarily cover replacement at 100%.

My drawings cost me like 500 bucks and to be honest a handdrawn print would suffice.

I do not expect to have much issues with permits get approved if I use qualified contractors to handle the prints and civil etc

People fake them all the time or just print certificates off a website.

They can print more money with the click of a button, but they can't print more real estate!

The fed will stay at 0 and print money until we fall off a cliff. 

@Oleg Enik a lot of county websites offer a tax calculator tool where you can calculate and print a report to reflect the new tax amount based on the sale price, rather than manually trying to calculate it based on the tax Mill rate

If so can you just give the your architectural plans and they prepare your order right from the prints?
