Within every software you can create classes so you can run a balance sheet and Profit and loss by asset.

Looking for the best software option to manage tenant screening, invoicing, accepting payments, etc.  

High-cost option, purchase a software that syncs your STR calendar with the software, input text/email of cleaners, and this will automatically notify cleaners for bookings with check-ins and check-outs, and if they are self-sufficient enough, they will go when needed. 

and just make sure to get a channel manager software that way it will sync all the calendars for all the listings together to prevent double bookings (a hosts worst fear)

Your software should book a liability for the security deposit showing it was received and is owed.
