I might suggest a condominium situation where you could operate in more autonomy and your neighbors wouldn’t notice as much.  

Let's say your depreciation on a condominium (I like these because there's zero land so the entire purchase price is depreciable.

I'm still trying to resolve the situation with my condominium and could use some collective wisdom.

In Spain we pay monthly the condominium of co-owners fee (for flats, apartments, in a building), and then we pay individually, each owner pays for heating, water etc The montly fee in Spain can be around 80 euros on average.

Where/how can I find small/large scale Construction/Development project leads such as custom dream homes, Duplexes, Luxury apartment buildings, Condominiums, Townhouses, etc., that need to be built?

We are seeking land/tear downs/double-lots for new development/construction of Single family homes, Duplexes, Townhouses, Luxury Apartment buildings, Condominiums, etc. in NJ/NY.

@Mike Bonadies  We have a condo at Ritz Condominiums in Atlantic City, it has been in our family for over 20 years. 

Most Insurance companies only use the Condominium policy (form HO6) for owner occupied units.
