I drink a greens shake, cut down on coffee and supplemented with mushroom coffee, and limit my refined sugar sweets to special events like parties and celebrations.I'm no underwear model, but I feel like this routine gives me the energy I need to keep moving right now.

I'll keep practicing underwriting, and getting members of my "core 4" as David Greene would say, down and am excited to start this journey.

People seemed more on edge, there were worse drivers and annoying drivers who honked as soon as the light turned green. 

Sorry for what may seem like very basic questions but my wife and I are truly “green” to the rental world.

Anyone in the Green Bay area know the if any restrictions in the works in Green Bay city? 

Personally I always want my mentors or teachers to have a proven track-record in executing the exact strategy I am looking to learn, and I don’t discount that experience just because they are teaching (David Greene from BP is a great example).
